This form is intended for skaters who:

1.    Are not currently working with a designated “Base Coach” and are seeking supplementary lessons alongside USC programming. These lessons may include Private, Semi-Private, or Private Group lessons with USC-contracted coaches for Open Ice sessions.

2.    Are transitioning from USC’s PreStar Curriculum (or an equivalent program) and wish to secure a “Base Coach” for continued training on Star-level sessions.

By completing this form, you are consenting for us to forward your email address to our certified coaching staff with availability. Your request will be shared with the coaching team. A coach will reach out to you if they have availability to fulfill the lesson request.
